Saya dalam diet

Bermula 2hb Februari 2014 saya telah memulakan diet dan workout. Objektif untuk jadi slim dan bina muscle. Saya telah mengupah seorang personal trainer untuk mendapatkan objektif tersebut.

Personal trainer (murshid) saya ini adalah seorang pengamal bina badan dan juga berpengalaman sebagai trainer. Bayaran bulanan agak berpatutan sebab harga kawan-kawan je.

Berikut adalah gambar-gambar makanan diet yang berkaitan.

10am snack. Green tea, banana and 100% wheat bread.
230pm lunch. Steamed brown rice, carrot, potato and chicken breast. Die fat dieeee!!!

330pm snack. Trainer aku kata, kalau ada orang tegur2 kat pantry nanti buat toye je.
Snack 6pm. Segelas susu low fat dan sebiji pisang.
1 hour before workout carbo. Oat, banana and honey blended together. Harap2 tak pengsan masa workout ekekeke.
Power lunch. Steamed brown rice, mushroom, buffalo meat, yellow onion and kacang kuda.

Snack. Milo kosong dan biskut fiber 2 keping. Emmmm.... yummy... sambil bayang gigit kepak ayam. It's all in the mind brader.

Pumping iron (perut) ekekeke
Kah kah kah cara nak dapatkannya... bidangkan dada kempiskan perut dan tegakkan badan. Kemudian edit sikit kabur2 instagram
Program ini diikuti untuk selama 3 bulan dengan options untuk sambung atau berhenti/buat sendiri. Saya fikir, tengok 3 bulan dulu apa jadi. Kalau badan jadi ala-ala ni pun dah ok dah (mengelamun/berangan)...

tgk gmbr nasi tu (lunch/dinner) aku rasa hidangan dlm pinggan aku dah 2-3 kali ganda byknya hehehehe~

okla ada trainer, blh pantau everything, klu pasang azam sorang2 kompom susah nak jadi (mcm entri adi herman bbrp hari lepas)

anyway good luck doc! semoga berjaya menurunkan berat badan, kena pasang niat yang betul iaitu nak kekal hidup sihat dan kita buat workout ni bukan untuk orang lain pun...orang rumah jugak hehehe

Boleh bro. my diet is different. tak target untuk build muscle, tapi target untuk beli baju AC/DC putih dalam Rock At Large!
