They look liked an average Joe. So no cashing on looks here. Won a few awards including the Mercury Prize Award in 2008 for their previous album. This is their fifth album and said to be among the best ever released by the band. Do I agree? I don't know since I don't have any previous exposure to the band. My judgement will only be based by this album so I may be wrong. To me, they play some sort of British rock leaning to the melancholy and depressive side. The music is swarmed with sad emotions and gloomy expressions although they tried to inject a little bit of cheers in some of the songs. Still, they can't hide the actual feeling beneath the surface. This is a music that you can enjoy after a tiring day, with a cup of black coffee, alone in the night. Nice music nevertheless, only if you can put it in the right place, when listening I am saying.
