On this debut, Neon Trees has been accused of ripping off The Killers simply because The Killers took them on a tour as an opening band. Coincidence? Or a bribery? No one has the real answer although the resemblance is obvious. Anyway, the pop/rock with fusion of heavy synth that they patched in their composition does bring back some memories of the 80s. Now, I can really recall I heard this before. Not by the 80s bands but the current acts. I swear I reviewed some of these bands in Krenmaut pages. Perhaps, this is the trend and as far as I can remember, it does not only emerge from the US but in the UK as well. I hear no new thing in this. Oh yeah, I remember, The Killers. No wonder.
