MOSH #14 Q&A

To be included in the zine I suppose. To the editor, sorry for publishing in here first but I guess my answer is just part of it, so take it easy, yeah?

1. What’s the first zine you’ve read/seen?
Vortex From The East

2. What zines you read that gave you life-changing experience?
Vortex From The East

3. What are your favorite zines and why?
Metal Terus and Krenmaut because I was the editor.

4. What’s the weirdest zine you’ve seen and how does it look like?
None so far. I guess it surprised me to realize that fanzine scene is not on music only but also to other subjects such as politics.

5. What’s the first hc/punk/DIY record/cd/tape you bought?
I received ABSU The Temple of Offal 7"EP directly from the US while I was a schoolboy in MRSM Muar (1992). This is for reviewing purpose in Krenmaut zine. And also IMPALED NAZARENE demo in the same year in the same school. The package contains some photographs of the bands soaked in what looks like blood and severed cattle head on stage. I showed these photos to all my classmates (including the girls) and suddenly I became a legend horay!

6. What’s the hc/punk/DIY band that changed your life? 
D.R.I. - so much aggression yet so much fun. Were they DIY? I don't know for sure but they changed me a bit!

    abang ben,memang best kalau ingat masa dulu dulu.tapi masih releven lagi ke?!!

    aku selalu gak baca blog ni tapi ni first time komen, memang versatile sungguh!

    jemputlah jengok jengok blog aku yang baru berumur sebulan!

    the past is history. history is important to be revisit, especially the best moments in our life, even though when we were still toddler.

    dalam zine aku skrg bnyk tulis pasal masa-masa lepas. bagi aku, hidup aku penting...dulu aku tak menulis. skrg aku menulis...so, aku cuba igt balik cerita2 menarik dlm idup aku...

    past glory revisit now!!! hehh...
