Hurricane Irene bakal menjelma Sabtu & Ahad ini.

Hurricane ni apsal semua nama ladies? Katrina, Irene... patutnya lemah lembut walhal ganas!

Amaran dari pihak Lehigh Uni pun dah keluar. Saya duduk luar kampus berseorangan ni rasa tak keruan juga. Dah la first time bakal menghadapinya. Tapi ikut peta atas tu, Pennsylvania (PA) dalam warna hijau - tapi bandar saya sikit ada cecah kuning.

Apapun, kita sama-samalah doa.

As you are well aware, Hurricane Irene is expected to approach the Lehigh  Valley this weekend, most likely starting Saturday evening and continuing through Sunday.  In preparation for this storm, we are asking the  campus community to prepare by following these recommendations:

FIRST YEAR  AND NEW TRANSFER STUDENTS:
All orientation events will occur as scheduled. In the unlikely event of  any changes in the schedule, you will be notified via your Lehigh email addresses.

UPPER CLASS STUDENTS:
Please note that your move-in will take place as scheduled, from 9 a.m. to  4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, at the Campus Square D Lounge.

STUDENTS ON AND OFF CAMPUS
Remain indoors during periods of high winds, rain and lightning.

Ensure your cell phones are fully charged by this weekend (INGAT!).

Prepare for power outages by having flashlights and extra batteries (INGAT!).  Keep  in mind that you cannot use candles or open flames in campus buildings.  For fire safety reasons, off campus students should not use candles or open flames.

RENT LOTS OF DVDs SO YOU CAN WATCH ON YOUR CHEAP NOTEBOOK! (INGAT! - sendiri letak heheh)

 Ensure windows and doors remain closed during the storm.

Students in residence halls should seek necessary assistance from Gryphons  on your floor. Those students living in fraternity or sorority houses should seek assistance from the individuals in charge of your house.
